Helsby B stay fourth although well beaten by their D team.

Red Lion B returned to good form with Ken Jones winning 21-5 in their victory over Egerton A.

There were also home wins for Castle Park A (Peter Murray 21-8) against Pavilions A and Willow Brook A (Reg Bolland 21-3) in the basement battle with Manley A at Ivy Street.

Tiger's Head A (Bill Morrison 21-5) continue to boss Division Two following a great home win over Pavilions E.

Kingswood B stay second although beaten by one chalk at War Memorial B.

Grapes B still lead Division Three. They triumphed at Conservative Club B while second-placed Kingsley A (Bev Brookes 21-5) lost at Crowton, in third.

Lying fourth, Helsby A are in waiting - with a game in hand. They won at home to War Memorial A.

There was a home win for Kingswood A against Tiger's Head B.

Helsby C are back on top of Division Four after a win at Kingsley B.

Pavilions C (Matt Freeman 21-4) won at home to Overton and are in fifth.
