WEST Cheshire AC continued their winning ways at home in a six-club Cheshire Track and Field League third round match on Sunday.

The purple-vested squad won the men's match and scored the most aggregate points overall from the competition held at the Stanney Track in Ellesmere Port.

Bradley Edwards helped spearhead the West Cheshire under 13 boys to victory with an 800m win alongside vital displays from Tom Williams, Jacques Humphreys and Michael Willis.

Tom Booth and Jack Titlow teamed up for West Cheshire's U15 boys, while Alan Littler, Jack Stones, and Matthew Kenny delivered points for the U17 men.

Russell Kirk, Jon Moss, and Paul and Sam Bateson combined in the senior men's events.

Leah Ferrie demonstrated her sprint speed after winning the U13 girls' 100m in 14.2, alongside Jenni Potter, Danielle Erskine, Alice Jennings, Tessa McCormick, Sandra Shackleton, Joanne Hope and Emma Johnson.

Danielle Bentley and Gemma Mayled combined in the U15 girls events, while Stephanie Owens hit a personal-best distance in the ladies discus.

She teamed up with Becky Grimes who won the 3,000m, and Kerry Riley who ran an impressive 1500m alongside Kate Titlow.

Molly Fisher, Abbey Netherwood, Abigail France, Ruth Roberts, Bethany Dodd, and Lucy Hickmott combined for the U11 girls.

Jack Netherwood, Matthew Williams, Alex Kirk, Alex Jenkins, and Jordan Shrewsbury-Gee teamed up for West Cheshire's U11 boys.
