HIGH scoring Westminster put seven past White Swan without reply in Sunday’s Shell Premier Division destruction.

Four-goal hero Carl McLeod sent them on their way with other goals coming from Johnathon Egerton, Stewart Carroll and Lewis Hughes.

In the day’s other goal-fest, Bull Wanderers edged Castrol Nomads 5-3 in a close-fought game. Bull scorers included a brace from Tony Bedward and efforts from Matt Bolan, Lee Salisbury and Ian Forster. Glyn McGreavey grabbed two in reply for Nomads and Peter Bird rounded off the away side’s goal tally.

A fine four goals for Steve Armitage ensured all three points for Grace as they recorded a 5-1 victory over Castrol Villa. Rob Davies added the Grace’s fifth as Darren Frodsham could only score a consolation effort for Villa.

FC Sportsmans went home with the spoils thanks to goals from Simon Thelwell (2) and Charlie Davis when they beat Wing Half 3-1. James Curtis hit the home side’s goal.

Woodlands ran the play as they shot down ITCL Gunners 5-1. A brace from Ryan Nicoll finished the game before it started. Luke Davies hit the lone reply.

In Shell Division One, Hope Farm Rangers drew 3-3 with Cat. Hope Farm’s goals came from Stewart Wilson, Steve Cato and Mike Hall. Cat responded with goals from Chaney Lloyd (2) and Mike Simmons.

ITCL Gunners Reserves put four past Rivacre as they won 4-2.

SCFC 94 beat Grace Reserves 4-2 with goals from Tony Wedge, Keith Robinson, Wayne Manning and Len Jones. Grace Reserves scorers were Danny Hughes (2) and Thomas Gregory (2).

The Bull bulldozed Sir Robert 8-2 in the Division’s highest scoring game with goals from Jamie Livens (4), Chris Doyle (2), Garth Higginson and Ian Powell. Sir Robert responded through Dave Ferguson and Ian Martin.

Travellers Rest weren’t caught napping as they recorded a 4-3 victory over Westminster Res. Danny Lynch bagged a brace as did Steve Sailes. Westminster Reserves scorers were Kev Gardner (2) and Chris McNeill.
