THE new-look Cheshire Jets get their British Basketball League season under way this weekend.
The Jets head to Sheffield Sharks on Friday (7.30pm) before hosting Mersey Tigers on Sunday (5.30pm) in back-to-back Trophy group two clashes.
New head coach John Lavery has built his team bigger than predecessor Paul Smith.
Mancunian Keith Page (6ft 3ins) and American duo Adam Brown (6ft 4ins) and Bill Cole (6ft 9ins) have signed while Shawn Myers (6ft 6ins) has returned to the club.
Joining them are familiar faces Matt Schneck (6ft 8ins) and captain Colin O’Reilly (6ft 7ins).
