CHESTER Nomads Colts went goal- crazy when they played Whitby in the Chester and District Junior League’s under 11s division.

They ran out 10-0 winners with goals shared by Hari Griffith, Tom Rose, Jordan Massey, Craig Lawrence, Jack Powell, Charlie Derbyshire, James Ingleby-Jones and Ben Johnson. Man of the Match was Sam Gareth

In the U12s section, Boughton won 4-0 at Castrol Athletic. Captain Matthew Gilmour got two with Rhys Dowington and Shaun Ellson completing the scoreline.

Waverton fired eight past NewtonŠAthletic without reply, with Russ Griffiths, Jack Gittins (2), Cameron Noyes, Sam Mellor, Tom Richardson, Scott Fletcher and Matt McClelland finding the net.

Upton Blues fell 6-1 to Saughall Colts. Danny Evans got Upton’s goal but Aiden Heap (2), Macauley Newell and Sam Davies (3) helped Upton win.

Waverton Bees and Saughall Colts traded goals in a thrilling 7-4 win for the Bees. James Cope (3), Connor McGovern-Scott (2), Matthew Bradford and Teddy Hall did enough for Waverton to win, but not before a Jordan McLoughlin hat-trick and a Jonathon Alman strike had given them a scare.

Westminster Park Panthers went to Upton Blues and came backŠ5-1 winners. Liam Plevin bagged a hat-trick with Danny Jones and Matthew Booth also on the scoresheet.

Waverton won by the odd goal in nine as they took on Westminster Park Warriors in the U13s section. Park lost 5-4 despite a double from Max Heap and goals from Johnny Sturge and Sam Rowlands.

Park Saints beat Saughall Colts 3-1Šaway from home. Matty Taylor’s goal for the Colts could not help them as Jake Williams, Sam Moodie and Jonathan Morgan put the Saints ahead.

Alex Hailes, Charlie Horrocks and Oliver Gibbens all scored to give Malpas & District a 3-0 win over Upton, while Westminster Park Wanderers lost 7-2 to Blacon. The Wanderers’ goals came from Daniel Brunning and Kyle Shaw.

Waverton triumphed in the U13 Duke of Westminster Cup, beating Chester Nomads Colts 6-0. Stuart Swift hit four with Adam Goldthorpe and Ryan Cartwright also scoring.

In the U14s division, Elton Youth fell to a 2-0 defeat to visitors Whitby Rangers, whose goals came from Chris Goodwin and Ryan Bingham.

Upton East edged past Beechwood All Stars 4-3, Adam Wilson, Reece Norton, Nathan Ward and Sam Langan with the goals.

Upton South cut loose against Vicars Cross Dynamos, with goals shared between Brad Stanley Elliot Pryce, Adam Wilson, Gary Wilson, Sam Langan and Reece Norton in a 10-1 success.

Chester beat Tattenhall 4-1, Jake Dutton getting Tattenhall’s consolation.

A fantastic 6-0 win was engineered by Chester Nomads U13s against Princes Villa Colts in the Ellesmere Port Junior League

Stuart Swift (2), Matty Robinson, Benjy Parry, Tom Whitney and Joe Houghton did the damage.

Nomads U12s faced Neston Nomads and won 13-3.

The goal-fest saw strikes from Cameron Clark (3), James Shaw (3), Mitch Mowatt (3), Ethan Jones (2), Leon Shirton and Jack Rogers.
