WESTMINSTER Park Panthers visited Newton in the Under 10s Green Division and emerged with a 4-0 win.

Braces from Jack Robinson and Ollie Parr wrapped up the three points for the visitors, while man-of-the-match was Daniel Spaven. Newton’s MoM was Tay Stevens.

Blacon edged a tight 2-1 victory at Ellesmere Port Rovers thanks to a Jack Sconse header and a Joe Thompson strike.

Malpas and District were 7-0 winners in their Blue Division match at home to Westminster Park Lions.

Two goals each came from Dominic Hudson and MoM Adam Dennett, while James Jacks, Dane Tinsley and Luis Edwards also scored.

A Mac Johnston brace and goals from Charlie Jones and MoM Paddy Lally guided Upton Pumas to victory against Vicars Cross Dynamo Colts in their Yellow Division match.

In the U9s, Helsby visited Waverton Bees in the Blue Division and beat them 7-1.

Charlie Potts scored a hat-trick after the Bees’ MoM Jacob MacEvoy netted early on. Matthew Harrison added a brace for Helsby while Owen Rose and MoM Dean Woodward also scored.

Newton Athletic triumphed against Vicars Cross Dynamos (Reg Wyatt 2, Calum Brunskill, Ryan Jones) 5-4.

Westminster Park were in great shape to defeat Saughall Colts 7-1 in their Yellow Division game, with the Colts’ MoM Torin Jenkins grabbing a consolation.
