THE LINNETS comfortably moved into fifth place in the UniBond League Premier division with an easy victory at Wincham Park.

Gary Martindale put the visitors ahead after only two minutes as he finished off Mark Byrne's great cross.

It was two for Burscough on 33 minutes as Martin Crowder forced the ball home, and sub Matty Parry made it three on 55 minutes with a shot from 20 yards.
