RUNCORN may gain automatic qualification for Conference North after a superb 4-1 victory over Har-rogate last night.
The Linnets entertain Wakefield & Emley tomorrow but it will all come down to Saturday's final UniBond League Premier Division game of the season at Altrincham.
Runcorn's Tom Spearritt and Carl Rendell scored in the second and ninth minutes.
David Ness put through his own goal in the 23rd minute,
and Tony McMillan saved a penalty to prevent an equaliser.
Then Rendell scored his second, and Runcorn's third, in the 74th minute, and Matthew Platt was also on target in stoppage time.
