LIVERPOOL striker Andy Carroll will start England’s friendly with Ghana at Wembley tomorrow night.

The £35million man was an unused substitute against Wales on Saturday as he continues to build up his fitness after a thigh injury.

However, England boss Fabio Capello will ring the changes tomorrow and Carroll will be handed his second cap.

“We will play Gary Cahill, Phil Jagielka and Andy Carroll. Gareth Barry will be captain,” Capello said.

Carroll has made just two starts for Liverpool since his January move from Newcastle.
