CHRIS Jackson notched an equaliser for Curshaws to keep them in touch with the front-runners in the Premier Division of the Crewe and District League.

Division One leaders Sand-bach (John Powell) lost their 100% record after being held 1-1 by Sandbach Town (Steve Robinson), while Lostock Reserves (Nicholas Bug, John O'Sullivan, Jack Bryning, Stuart Sharman) remain in second after winning 4-2 over Winnington Reserves (Chris Moore, Phil Cooper). Wheatsheaf (Lee Butler) lost 2-1 to Cuddington (Gareth Harwood, Ali Lee).

Bentley have hit the top of the Crewe Regional Sunday League Premier Division after John Scarlett and Peter Thomasson scored in their 2-1 win over former front-runners White Lion (Dyson Leitch).

Jimmy Quinn was on the mark for Willaston White Star but goals from Richard Adams and Danny Brazendale for Wickstead earned a 2-1 win.

Betley (Andy Archer 3, Darren Williams 2) plundered a 5-3 win over Wrenbury (Mike Griffiths, Neil Phillips, Craig Bossons), while Dave Hanson hit four as Nantwich Wanderers thumped Faddiley 9-0. Stuart Lawton, Ashley Lawton (2), Stuart Fisher and Calvin Sterry got the others.

Boot & Shoe Villa (Lines 2, Evans, Heath, Parker, Scanlon) moved above Nantwich Young Farmers (Sherwin 2, Witter) with a 6-3 victory.

In Division One Audlem DK (Johnston) crashed to a 5-1 defeat against Fox Elworth (Bushill, Hunter, Evans, Hemmings 2), while AC Wickstead (Bettley 3, Chesters) enjoyed a 4-1 success over Salvador (Craig Washington).

The Express (Wright, Socha, Griffiths, Boyd) moved into second place after a 4-2 victory over JTS Wistaston (McNaughton 2). Beeston Hotel (Adams 2, Walker 2, OG) are in third following a 5-0 victory over The Vine.

Railway Hotel destroyed Cheshire Rangers 19-0, with Andy Truan (4), Mike Upton (4), Adam Parker (3), Adam Kay (2), Kevin Clark (2), Ben Parker, Carl Gibbs, Jason Fiori and an own goal.

In the Crewe FA Sunday Vase, Rose & Crown were crushed 15-0 by AFC Barkode, who had David Barker (5), Mike Walton (5), Steve Martin (2). Threadgold, Vinny Pownall and Beech to thank.

In the Cheshire Border Counties League, Crewe Athletic (Grimes 2, Davidson) moved off the bottom of Division One with a 3-3 draw with Mere Inn (Baddiley, Whitehead, Buckingham). Military Arms (Jackson 2, Thorley) enjoyed a 3-2 win over Blazer (Morrey, Aldington).

Potting Shed (Holt 2, Blade) are top of Division Two after a 3-2 win over Oak (Hughes, Bran-ston), while Cumberland went down 6-0 to Three Lamps.

Malbank (Stone, Armstrong, Billington) came from a goal down to beat Broughton United, while Brunel overcame Nags head 3-1 thanks to goals from Sinclair, Goodwin and Felton.
