Chester FC came from a goal down to win a thrilling cross-border battled with the last kick of the game at the Swansway Chester Stadium.
Wrexham went ahead in the second minute when centre back Blaine Hudson prodded home and had chances to increase the lead.
Chester improved in the second half and levelled through Craig Hobson on 74 minutes before Ben Heneghan won the game in time added on.
