Man of the match Craig Mahon opened the scoring on 10 minutes and the Blues led for the next 84 minutes before conceding in time added-on.
Both sides failed to cover themselves in glory in a poor contest but the Wings grabbed a point late on when Tyrone Marsh turned the ball home.
