Aldershot Town

Barry Smith has added midfielder Sam Hatton and centre-back Luke Oliver to his squad on one-year deals.

Oliver, 31, made 38 appearances for Forest Green Rovers last term while Hatton, 27, will remain with the Shots after featuring 45 times in 2014-15.

Ex-Grimsby Town man Hatton said: "We’ve got a new manager and new players and hopefully we can push on this season. Last year we weren’t good enough as a team and it’s up to us to come together as quickly as possible to start winning games."

Boreham Wood

Wood have announced the signing of defender Dan Woodards, who has made over 250 appearances in the Football League.

Wood boss Ian Allinson said: "Danny’s pedigree is out there for all to see. His versatility and experience was important to me and he will have a big influence within the team."

Braintree Town

Cambridge United goalkeeper Will Norris has moved to the Iron on a season-long loan after signing a new two-year deal with his parent club.

Cambridge chief executive Jez George said: "Will is a young goalkeeper with great potential and we are delighted that he has agreed to tie down his long-term future at Cambridge United following the offer of an extended contract."

Cheltenham Town

The Robins have signed left-back George McLennan from Reading on a one-year deal and taken 20-year-old goalkeeper Dillon Phillips on loan from Charlton Athletic until January.

Dillon has been training with the Robins and impressed Gary Johnson in a trial match. Johnson said: "I am very pleased to bring Dillon here because he is a good keeper, who is highly rated at Charlton."

McLennan, 19, spent time at National League South club Hayes & Yeading United last season.

FC Halifax Town

Ex-Chester keeper Matt Glennon has agreed to extend his stay at The Shay for another season. The one-time Huddersfield Town shot-stopper has been first-choice for the past three seasons.

Former Lincoln City defender or midfielder Hamza Bencherif has joined the club too, following team-mate Jordan Burrow in making the move from Sincil Bank.

Forest Green Rovers

Tom Bender has agreed a new six-month contract at The New Law after the 22-year-old impressed in eight appearances last season having arrived from Dartford in February.

Bender said: "I’m happy to finally get the deal done and dusted. It was never a case of me wanting to leave the club really; it was more to do with things off the pitch."

Gateshead

Ex-Burton Albion man Jimmy Phillips has completed a move to the International Stadium. The 25-year-old midfielder put pen-to-paper on a one-year deal having been released from the Brewers.

Heed boss Malcolm Crosby said: "He’s got a great appetite for the game, and can play in the middle of the park, as well as out on the wing.

"What I did like in particular was that he wanted to come here: he lives in Stoke, but he was prepared to make the move to play for Gateshead."

Grimsby Town

Former Cambridge United defender Richard Tait and ex-Morecambe striker Padraig Amond have joined the Mariners.

Tait, 25, helped Cambridge win promotion to the Football League and was an ever-present for the League Two club last season.

Amond, 27, started out at Irish side Shamrock Rovers. After a spell in Portugal with Paços de Ferreira, he moved to England with Accrington Stanley before switching to Morecambe.

Kidderminster Harriers

Harriers boss Gary Whild has confirmed that striker Reece Hales has penned a one-year deal with the club.

The youngster, who signed from Birmingham City last season, made six appearances for Harriers in 2014-15 and spent time out on loan.

Whild said: "Reece is someone we've seen a considerable improvement in over the course of the last twelve months and we're pleased to see him back in with rest of the group."

Macclesfield Town

England C midfielder Paul Lewis, who has made 31 appearances for the club, has agreed a new contract at Moss Rose.

A broken collarbone hindered his progress last season but he returned to the side in January and his performances earned him a call-up to the England C squad.

Southport

Sandgrounders manager Paul Carden has signed Andrai Jones after the versatile 23-year-old was released from Gateshead.

The former Barnsley and Bury man, who can play in defence or midfield, has agreed a two-year deal.

Carden said: "He has great energy and real ability. He is an athlete and I am sure will develop quickly at Southport."

Torquay United

Defender Dan Butler, who spent time on loan at Aldershot Town, has moved to the Gulls after leaving Portsmouth.

Torquay boss Paul Cox said: "It was a no-brainer really. He’s a good player with potential to play at a very high level. He’s another footballer that we want to put on a stage and help us in our fight to build up this football club."

Tranmere Rovers

Goalkeeper Scott Davies has moved to Prenton Park on a one-year contract after leaving League One side Fleetwood Town.

The 28-year-old began his career with Morecambe and helped the club into the Football League before signing for Fleetwood in 2010.

Manager Gary Brabin said: "He’s hardworking and possesses a great attitude, plus he knows this league and the one above really well so he’s a welcome addition to the squad."

Welling United

Michael Chambers has joined the Wings on a permanent deal from Premier League club Crystal Palace.

The 21-year-old centre-back has had two loan spells at Park View Road having signed for Palace from Dulwich Hamlet.

Wrexham

Gary Mills has signed ex-Accrington Stanley striker James Gray to replace last season's leading scorer Louis Moult, who has completed a move to Motherwell for an undisclosed fee.

Gray has spent the last three seasons in League Two with Accrington Stanley but cancelled his contract with the League Two club.
