Paul Cox has signed 20-year-old midfielder Dan Rowe on loan from League Two side Wycombe Wanderers after it was revealed Niall Cowperthwaite’s knee had suffered a ruptured ACL.
The Iron have signed goalkeeper Tom King on a month's loan from League One side Millwall. The former Crystal Palace youngster was signed by Millwall at the end of August 2014. King has been capped by England at under-16 and under-17 level, and has been on loan at the divisional rivals Welling United.
The Heed have announced Shaun MacDonald has joined Evo-Stik Northern Premier League First Division North side Spennymoor Town on loan, while Brendan Pearson has extended his stay at the International Stadium from Premier League neighbours Newcastle United. Manager Dino Maamria has allowed captain Luke Foster to join National League North club Harrogate Town so the defender can be closer to his Barnsley home after he had difficulty in committing to training sessions. Meanwhile, Gary Finley has left his position as assistant manager with Maamria bringing in ex-Fleetwood Town assistant Craig Madden as his new number two.
The Wings have signed former Stoke City forward Tomi Adeloye from Ryman League Premier Division side Leatherhead. Adeloye moved to Leatherhead last month from Dover Athletic but the 20-year-old now returns to the National League.
The Cards have taken defender Joe Robinson on a month's loan from Championship side Ipswich Town and brought in well-travelled striker Sam Smith. Woking have signed Smith from Brackley Town. His previous clubs include AFC Telofrd United, Cambridge United, Lincoln City and Hereford United.
Gary Mills has brought in defender Ryan O’Reilly on loan from League side Stoke City for the rest of the season. The 20-year-old Irishman had a spell at Barrow earlier this season.
