Shots manager Barry Smith has offered contracts to Sean McGinty and Jim Stevenson after the duo impressed on loan at the Recreation Ground.

Rochdale have released 21-year-old defender McGinty while 22-year-old midfielder Stevenson has left Luton Town.

Dangerman Damian Reeves has agreed terms with the Robins for the 2015-16 season.

Alty boss Lee Sinnott has also secured the services of midfielder Jake Moult, forward James Lawrie and winger Nicky Clee for next season.

Ex-Torquay defender Aaron Downes has joined the relegated Robins, becoming manager Gary Johnson's first signing of the summer.

Whites manager Chris Kinnear has signed commanding centre-back Jamie Grimes from Kidderminster Harriers.

The 24-year-old made 41 appearances for Harriers last term and turned down a new contract at Aggborough to move to the Crabble.

Forest Green Rovers

Centre-back Aarran Racine has agreed a new one-year deal at The New Lawn, which makes the 23-year-old the club's longest-serving player.

Rovers manager Ady Pennock has appointed ex-Welling and Ebbsfleet boss Jamie Day as his new assistant, replacing Dave Kevan who left for Notts County in March.

"I've played under Ady as a player and hopefully now I’ll have a really good spell as a coach working alongside him," said Day.

Gateshead

Heed chairman Graham Wood is seeking a new owner for the club after nine years at the helm. Following the departure of manager Gary Mills to Wrexham, the 71-year-old announced he would stand down as chairman in June.

Wood said: "This has undoubtedly been one of the toughest decisions I have ever taken. However, having reached the age of 71, I feel it is an appropriate time to hand over ownership to a suitable individual or individuals who share my aspirations for the club."

Kidderminster Harriers

Jared Hodgkiss has committed to Harriers for next season with manager Gary Whild hailing the right-back's decision as a 'massive boost' for the club.

Aman Verma has also agreed terms on a new deal but fellow midfielder Jack Byrne has asked for time to consider his options. Heading through the exit door are Jamie Grimes, who has joined Dover, and keeper Jas Singh.

Lincoln City

Top scorer Ben Tomlinson and ex-Chester left-back Sean Newton head the list of names departing Sincil Bank. Jake Caprice, Todd Jordan, Arnaud Mendy and Delano Sam-Yorke are also leaving.

Imps boss Chris Moyses has offered new deals to Hamza Bencherif, Nat Brown, Tom Miller and Jon Nolan, but under-contract pair Jordan Burrow and Tony Diagne have been made available for transfer.

Captain Luke Foster has agreed to remain with the Sandgrounders for 2015-16 to the delight of manager Paul Carden.

"Luke's decision to sign a new contract gives my squad building real impetus," said Carden of the centre-back's decision.
