A touch of European flair will be coming to Chester FC next week as Liverpool under-21s host Benfica U21s at the Lookers Vauxhall Stadium.

The young Reds will take on their Portuguese counterparts in the Premier League International Cup on Friday, November 20 (7pm).

The match will provide fans the chance to catch a glimpse into the future with several of those players due to be on show tipped for big careers in the game.

Cameron Brannagan, captain of the U21s, isn't likely to feature having forced himself into the first-team set up at Anfield of late, but there is likely to be appearances from the likes of highly-rated striker Jerome Sinclair, cultured midfielder Adam Phillips and 18-year-old Spanish midfielder Pedro Chirivella, a player who has experienced first-team action with the Reds at Bordeaux earlier this year.
