CHESTER FC have completed the signing of vastly experienced former Stockport County goalkeeper Matt Glennon.

The 33-year-old, who also counts Huddersfield Town and Carlisle United among his old clubs, has signed a deal until the end of the season and will make his debut against Buxton today.

Chester manager Neil Young has moved to sign Glennon after number one John Danby sustained an injury that is likely to rule him out for the rest of the campaign.
