CHESTER FC have announced that director Richard Wightman has died aged 33.
The lifelong Blues supporter, who lived in Hoole, yesterday passed away in the Countess of Chester Hospital after serious illness.
Richard, a former Bishops’ High School student, was instrumental in the formation of Chester FC after the collapse of Chester City FC last year.
