CHESTER FC manager Neil Young has today made his biggest signing yet by capturing England C international midfielder Andy Burgess.

The 28-year-old former Rushden & Diamonds captain, who last season played in the Blue Square Premier with Luton Town and Mansfield Town, turned down offers from a string of full-time clubs to join the Blues.

Young has also completed a deal for talented young Northwich Victoria right-back Michael Aspin, a 20-year-old former trainee at Blackburn Rovers and Preston North End.
