CHESTER City fans must wait a further two weeks to see if their club are kicked out of the Football Conference.

Although the Conference has yet to issue a statement, The Chester Chronicle learned before yesterday’s game at Tamworth that the Blues have been given until Monday, November 30 to comply with a compromise agreement containing the club's conditions of membership to the league as well as paying off their football creditors, who include neighbours Wrexham and Vauxhall Motors.

It is the second time the deadline has been extended. City, who are currently under a transfer embargo, were originally given until Monday, October 26 to settle the matter or face expulsion from the Conference. That date was then changed to tomorrow, Monday, November 16.
