THE best efforts of Tom Tarr could not stop Boughton steamrollering Castrol Athletic 5-0 in the Olympic Trophies Under 10s Cup.

He won MoM but could not match away strikes from Charlie Jones (2), Joe Howell, Shane Ellams and Jordan Davies. Boughton MoM was Joe Howell.

Chester Nomads lost 2-0 at home to Westminster Park Tigers. First half scorer Jack Powell won MoM, with Kayode Famoriyo pouncing on a rebound to also net.

Upton Blues proved impossible to break down at home when Pulford came to visit. Upton made lots of changes at the break but were still too strong.

Braces came from Oliver Knight, Jake Stanley and Michael Birchall (MoM), who scored the first and the last. Theo Demitriou also scored, making it 7-0. Pulford MoM was Edward Adams.

Both Kieran Carney and Harry McGarvey scored for Vicars Cross Dynamoes when they visited AFC Waverton, but still left 4-2 down. Waverton MoM was Luke Mazzotti while Tom Harding was MoM for the visitors.

Lache Park suffered in the Olympic Trophies Under 10s Shield as they were beat 7-0 by visitors Westminster Park Lions. Jordan Stevens claimed a hat-trick while Joseph Speed got two, Adam Thompson another and Daniel Wallace struck in the first minute. MoM was Callum Gough.

Waverton Bees edged past Westminster Park Cougars 4-3 despite Matty Booth, Jay Gilmartin and Ike McHugh all pouncing for the Cougars.

The Panthers were not so fortunate as Upton went down 7-0 to Castrol Rangers, but George Brookes was a cat in goal, earning him MoM.

Waverton Hornets eased past visitors Vicars Cross Colts 2-1, with Ryan Woodham getting the consolation. Oliver Moore proved the difference as Elton Youth lost 2-0 to Saughall Colts. The winners' MoM was Bradley Pope, but Elton's were goalie Josh Fleming and defender Jason Sphink.
