Elliott Durrell said Chester FC are fully focused on securing three points against Wrexham in the cross-border derby.

Durrell made 30 appearances for the Dragons during an 18-month spell at the Racecourse Ground.

It will not be his first cross-border derby, but after signing for the Blues this summer he said he could not wait to be involved in another one.

The midfielder is expected to start on the right-hand side against his former club on Saturday.

Durrell said: "There's a positive vibe in the camp at the moment.

"We will approach the game in the same way we do every other one.

"Obviously there's a little bit there because it's one of my previous clubs but we are going there to come away with three points.

"That's all we are looking to do."
