Chester FC’s home game against Skrill Premier neighbours Wrexham will once again be a ‘bubble’ match.

Following a joint Safety Advisory Group planning meeting with Blues officials and Red Dragons chiefs, as well as Cheshire and North Wales Police, away fans will be travelling to the Swansway Chester Stadium on organised supporters coaches for the game, which will be held on Saturday, April 19, (12 noon).

The match, which will be all ticket, is subject to the same arrangements that were put in place for the Blues visit to the Racecourse back in August, where they ran out 2-0 winners.

Wrexham have been allocated 1,200 tickets for the game,  with the detailed arrangements to be announced in due course.

The special measures have been put in place in a bid to  make the event safe and minimise potential disruption to businesses and the general public.

Planning for the fixture continues, involving both clubs along with Cheshire and North Wales Police and other agencies.
