JETS gave arguably their best performance of the season on Sunday night when they overcame the odds to beat Essex Leopards 103-87.
Forced to play without Kenny Gregory (knee) and john Thomas (ankle) they called on 39-year-old Dave Gardner to join the starting line-up and still proved too strong for the Leopards.
Jets, beaten 84-77 the night before at London Towers, the team they had beaten a week earlier in the final of the BBL Trophy, were level at 23-23 at the end of the first quarter and trailed by one point at half-time.
But they gradually got on top to lead 76-71 at the end of the third quarter and put in a strong finish to run out convincing winners.
John McCord top scored with 31 points and Calvin Davis, the leading scorer the night before, helped himself to 30.
