George Shelley gets up close with Jorgie Porter in the I’m A Celebrity jungle shower - as the singer’s mum says the Hollyoaks star would be welcome to come for Christmas dinner.

The mum-of-four is delighted her son has started the beginnings of a jungle romance with the actress and the pair were again flirting as they frolicked in the water.

Toni, 54, said: “I think Jorgie is lovely and has got all ingredients he might like because she is very natural she is not affected, she doesn’t have to be dressed up and she is a very natural girl so I think that is what he will like in her.

“Of course Jorgie is welcome at Christmas. George always brings mates whenever he comes home, he is never alone and always with friends.”

Toni also urged George to commit with a girl in a long term relationship, but to learn from her own mistakes in life.

She said: “I would like to see him settle with the right person. He has been brought up to believe that marriage and a serious relationship is commitment. I’m divorced you see and hopefully all my kids will follow the rule that you do not marry to get divorced and find the right one. Learn by my mistakes.”

And she also told how she is trying to persuade Union J fans to vote for George to do a Bush Tucker trial so he can get more screen time in a bid to become king of the jungle.

She said: “What I have learned from fans is they don’t want to vote for him to do a trial. And I am like ‘no you have to he is there to suffer’ it is a hell of a problem. I am voting. I don’t care vote he has got to be high profile.

If he is sat behind on a little log looking at everyone else suffering people won’t notice him. We have got to get him forward.”

Toni also revealed she sobbed and felt sick to her stomach when George cried in the jungle and is looking forward to meeting Susannah Constantine who supported George.

She said: “It broke my heart for a little while. It was horrible. I just thought ‘mummy is coming George’.

“I was watching in his flat with his flatmate. I cried watching it and his friend did, and I felt sick.

“Once I knew what was wrong and I saw Susannah there and I thought that is ok he has got some love there. That is all George need is love.

“I will definitely thank Susannah and give her a hug and say thank you for looking after my boy.”
