Chester-set soap opera Hollyoaks is celebrating its 20th birthday this week and they’re making sure it’s a party to remember.
The show, which airs at 6.30pm on Channel 4 during the week, has been on our screens since October 23, 1995 and to mark the occasion its producers have ensured that viewers remain on the edge of their seats with their ‘one killer week’ in which at least one cast member is killed and the drama continues between the various feuding families.
Some of the longest-serving stars, including Tony Hutchinson and Mercedes McQueen, are involved in the key storylines.
To mark the birthday celebrations, Great British Bingo have chosen to focus their attentions on an infographic that documents some of the key stories over the years, the most popular characters and some of the other elements of the show that have made Hollyoaks such a popular part of early evening life for so many for the past 20 years.
