One of Blacon ’s biggest main roads and bus routes will be closed for five days from today (Monday, April 4), due to gas and electric works.

Blacon Point Road will be shut to the public until at least the end of the week to enable Matrix Networks to carry out gas and electric installation works.

A diversion route for motorists has been put in place via Western Avenue, Saughall Road and St Chad’s Road.

Access to properties and for emergency vehicles will be maintained and the closure will be in force for a maximum of five days.

The work is anticipated to last for approximately four days.
