Children in Ellesmere Port did their bit for charity last week.

Youngsters at Tinies@Stanlaw Abbey Nursery, in Stanney Grange, raised money for the BBC charity Children in Need by carrying out a sponsored walk wearing their pyjamas.

Parents and carers joined the children in toddling to The Oaks Primary School.

They have already raised more than £200 although more sponsorship money is expected.

Proud mum Leanne Morris also posted on our Facebook page a picture of her son Cody, aged three, dressed in spots ready for his fundraising day at Wolverham Nursery and Primary School.
