A glorious exhibition of wildlife art is coming to a garden centre.

There will be a new look to the National Exhibition of Wildlife Art (NEWA) when it opens to the public on Friday, July 18, at Gordale on Chester High Road, Burton, Neston.

For this year NEWA will be hosting the British Wildlife in Art Award and 50 finalists will be on show alongside the main exhibition.

In all, there will be well over 400 paintings and sculptures on display.

This will be NEWA's 10th year at the award winning garden centre, chosen for the beautiful natural lighting in a gallery space large enough to allow the artworks to breathe and to shine.

Organisers say its informality gives the exhibition a special ambience while Gordale's 21 acres, covering all interests, make it a fun day out for all the family.

And all for free!

The exhibition continues until Sunday, August 3 .

But NEWA's online gallery extends the life of the exhibition well beyond the 17 days at Gordale, with art lovers able to view and buy online at www.newa-uk.com almost all year round.
