TWO brothers from Weaverham will appear before a judge later this year accused of each breaching their ASBOs three times.
Aaron, 19, and Asa Garner, 18, both of Hazel Drive, were both hit with three-year Anti-Social Behaviour Orders at Chester Youth Court in November 2007.
As well as the alleged ASBO breaches, Aaron Garner faces an additional charge of assault.
Both defendants appeared at Northwich Magistrates Court last Wednesday, September 23, but their cases were adjourned.
The brothers were released on bail and will reappear before magistrates on October 7, when a Crown Court date will be set.
