The Centurion Community Pub in Vicars Cross held a Macmillan Coffee Morning on Friday, September 30.
The event was well attended with local businesses G&M Goold Funeral Services, Vicars Cross Podiatry Clinic and Vicars Cross Dental Practice all supporting the cause.
Lorraine Salisbury of White Blossom Therapy generously made and donated a Macmillan cake which was later raffled.
So far more than £700 has been raised for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Centurion Community Group committee member Arthur Brighton said: “The local community rallied round and made some generous donations.
“The Centurion Public House is the heart of our community and is well known for its work for charities and good causes over the years.”
