COACHES from Chester City FC ran soccer sessions for Ellesmere Port youngsters as part of a summer support programme.
Youth Inclusion and Support Panel (YISP) has been conducting a series of workshops to help children with their transition from primary to high school.
They cover topics such as the importance of attendance and positive behaviour, conflict resolu- tion, friendships, self-esteem and staying safe.
As well as Chester City, YISP has also received support from Cheshire police, Primary CAMHS, and BIP (Behaviour Improvement Programme).
Football kits used in the sessions at Whitby Park were donated by McDonalds on Cheshire Oaks.
