SHOPPERS joined retailers at Cheshire Oaks to create a Ring of Hope in memory of people affected by breast cancer.

The event signalled the end of a month-long fundraising campaign at the outlet village, which has helped to raise money for The Marina Dalglish Appeal.

The Oaks’ general manager Colin Wilding said: “It was moving to see so many people taking part in our Ring of Hope and showing their support for the cause.

“We thank our visitors and retailers who’ve donated generously throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month and helped to support such a worthy local charity.”
