Pupils of two Chester primary schools held a choir concert for parents to raise funds for the Countess of Chester Hospital’s Babygrow Appeal.

The youngsters at Oswald’s CE Primary School in Mollington and Mill View Primary School in Upton sang their hearts out to raise £100 for the charity.

RELATED STORY:

St Oswald’s headteacher Dave Wallace said: “Having been fortunate enough to work in both schools in recent years I know that there is a real culture of singing and also fundraising.

“Therefore this seemed the perfect opportunity to strengthen the links between our two schools and also raise money for a very worthwhile local cause.”

Both schools rehearsed all the music initially on their own before joining together for only one combined rehearsal before the performance.
