THE 28 Northwich swimmers who made the trip to Warrington Warriors managed a stunning 34 personal best times along with four club records.
Sarah Miller, 17, did particularly well in the Sunday meet, coming away with the ‘Top Girl’ trophy, three golds, four silvers, two bronzes and a club record time.
Other club records were achieved by 11-year-old Alex Law in 100m freestyle, 17-year-old Liz Hodges in the 50m freestyle and 12-year-old Charlotte Brunt in the 200m backstroke.
Gold medals went to Alex Law (2), Charlotte Brunt (2), Sara Jervis (2), Lauren Miller (3), Sophia Smith, Liz Hodges, Melissa Lawton and Jessica Richardson.
The Northwich swimmers also took four silvers and eight bronze medals.
Last Saturday Northwich took part in the final round of the Speedo League Minor Division at Woolston, finishing second below favourites Bolton and District in the last swim of the season.
Yet 10 of them still achieved personal best times across the board in the freestyle, butterfly, breaststroke and backstroke.
