A BUDDING performer from Neston was among a group of talented youngsters entertaining shoppers with an impromptu flashdance.
Children from Wrexham-based Bitesize Youth Theatre are currently rehearsing this year’s production of The Wizard of Oz.
The actors and dancers surprised visitors at Wrexham’s Eagles Meadow shopping centre with a flashmob performance of a medley of Wizard of Oz tracks.
Fourteen year old Lauren Arnison travels from Neston to Wrexham to attend the theatre and said the routine was ‘great fun’.
“It might be a bit of a distance but it’s so worth it,” she said.
“I want to work on TV and in theatres and I’m learning so much at Bitesize.
“The flashdance was such a laugh - everyone was really surprised and after realising what was going on they joined in and applauded our efforts. I’d like to do it every week!”
