TWELVE air cadets from Neston swapped their uniforms for festive fancy dress to join the Liverpool Santa Dash.
The team from 2375 (Neston) Squadron Air Cadets joined thousands of runners and the race has become an annual event for the cadets, who march the 5km as a squad.
The group raises money for a number of charities throughout the year, including Help for Heroes, the Royal British Legion and Claire House Children’s Hospice.
Next year the cadets hope to raise funds to replace their minibus, which has recently been scrapped.
The squadron is holding a recruitment evening for young people aged 13 and over on Thursday, January 26, at 7.30pm.
