Family day at library
LITTLE Sutton Library is celebrating National Bookstart Week with a family storytelling day.
The event takes on Friday, June 3, at 1.30pm and special guests include Ellesmere Port mayor Cllr Angela Claydon, who will be joining in the storytelling, Cllr Ben Powell and children’s author and model maker Daisy Dawes, who will be reading extracts from her own childhood favourites.
There will also be crafts and a book swap. Children are urged to dress as their favourite character.
