THE Grange Community Group has been set up by residents from the Grange area of Ellesmere Port, who want to make their community a better place in which to live.

The group held its first Kids’ Club at the Lunch Box Café in Regent Street on Friday evening, where they offered many activities from painting and crafts to table football.

Members of the group would like to know from locals what they want to see on the green space at the corner of Princes Road and Atherton Road.

To discuss this issue, a consultation event will be held tomorrow (Thursday, October 21), from 5pm-6.30pm at The Acorns Primary School in Pooltown Road.

Residents who attend can give their opinions on what can be done to improve the area.

A buffet will be provided and children are welcome to attend.

The Grange Community Group is looking for new members and if anybody would like to join, either go along and sign up or contact Collette Linford on 0151 356 6691 for more information.
