Young players at Helsby tennis club have won game, set and match.
The 2013 season has seen both the under 14 and under 16 teams unbeaten in the Chester and District League.
Players who deserve special mention include Toby Palin and Sam Parkin who have won all of their Aegon under 16 matches and Hinley Chan, Matt Parks and Rory Crowe who have won four out of five of their Aegeon under 16 matches. Hinley Chan also came third regionally in the Road to Wimbledon tournament.
The efforts of all juniors have helped Helsby leap from 54th to 29th in the LTA leader board in just twelve months.
