TALENTED ballet students Elinor Lewis, 14, and Victoria Thatcher, 15, received an early Christmas present when they were invited to spend a day at London’s Royal Ballet School, after passing their Grade 6 Royal Ballet Exams with distinction.

The girls, who attend the Kinder-Berry School of Dance in Northwich, met the students, three of whom are former students of dance teacher Wanda Kinder-Berry, and watched rehearsals of several forthcoming productions, including Christmas favourite The Nutcracker.

Their special invitation to the top The visit was all the more special because normally only former students who are now teachers get to take a peak behind the scenes.
