A PRE-SCHOOL is celebrating after receiving their first ‘outstanding’ Ofsted report.
Childer Thornton Pre-school is the only provider in Ellesmere Port to receive the accolade.
Supervisor Pauline Holding said: “The children are obviously our utmost priority. We try to provide a stimulating environment and take parents comments into account whenever decisions are made as we are managed by a parent committee.
“Parents know their children will be well cared-for with us.”
The pre-school was also commended for its ‘exemplary’ record-keeping and has just invested in outdoor and art equipment as well as language and football lessons thanks to a £8,480 lottery grant.
