ARSON is suspected after firefighters in Ellesmere Port tackled garage and shed fires on Saturday night.
At 11.30pm two fire engines from Ellesmere Port Fire Station attended a garage blaze at Stephens Terrace, Little Sutton.
They brought the flames under control within 15 minutes.
Crew manager Mark Bridgewater said: “The garage was separate to the property in a yard at the back. It started from the outside of the garage and spread into the garage itself.”
Less than half an hour later an engine was sent to Princes Road, where a shed was well ablaze.
