Here’s a map showing the delays in the area - it looks to be very jammed especially between J34 for Ewloe and J35 Dobshill.
No injuries, say police
North Wales Police are in attendance.
A spokeswoman said: “We received a call at 11.03am to a two vehicle collision on the A55 eastbound at Ewloe. It is not believed anyone has been injured and traffic is moving.”
According to police the road is not closed.
Road blocked
The road has been partially blocked by the crash which happened at 11.03am.
Accident described as "bad"
Motorist Adam Dandy has gone by the scene and says it involves a car and HGV.
Two vehicles involved
North Wales Police tell me that it is a two vehicle collision. It’s happened on the A55 eastbound near Ewloe.
Crash on A55
There has been a crash on the A55 near Broughton Park.
It is believed the road is blocked as a result of the collision, which it is understood could be serious.
According to witnesses, the road is blocked in the westbound direction.
There are no reports of any injuries yet, and it is understood the collision may have taken place at around 11am.
