Wanted: Your memories and pictures of 'the day I met the Queen'

We're on the hunt for your snaps of the Queen ahead of her historic milestone

On Wednesday, September 9 the Queen will become the longest-serving monarch in British history.

She will surpass the record held by her great-great-grandmother Queen Victoria who reigned for 63 years and 216 days.

Queen Elizabeth II has visited Chester and Ellesmere Port many times throughout her reign and has met a lot of people - maybe you were one of them?

Or maybe you took part in a street party to celebrate her silver, golden or diamond jubilee and have the pictures to show it.

If you've been lucky enough to meet Her Majesty and have a picture or memories you'd like to share with us - and our sister site the Mirror - then we'd love to hear from you.

Just fill in the simple form below and we'll publish the best ones as part of our celebrations of this milestone in British history.
