This is the moment Chester killer Katrina Walsh leads police to the spot where she had buried weapons used in the brutal murder of mum and businesswoman Sadie Hartley.

The dramatic footage, from The Murder of Sadie Hartley, being shown tonight at 9pm on ITV , also shows Walsh, of Hare Lane in Guilden Sutton, collapsed and sobbing on the floor of the police station after being arrested on suspicion of her murder.

Walsh, 55, was jailed for life with a minimum term of 25 years last month after she was found guilty of being involved in the ‘evil’ killing of innocent Mrs Hartley.

A jury found she had helped her pal Sarah Williams in her plot to ‘eliminate’ the popular mum-of-two after Williams had an affair with her partner Ian Johnston.

During the trial, the jury were told a number of items used in the killing, including the knife, stun gun, and key to the ‘murder car’ among other items were discovered at Collinge Farm near Chester where Walsh was a riding instructor.

Walsh had agreed to lead detectives to them after her arrest.

And cameras were there to capture the moment as part of a documentary being screened tonight.

In the clip, a detective says: “The plan today is to go out and we’re going to do something quite unusual, which is we’re going to take her out to this farm where she’s agreed to show us where she’s concealed these items.”

Wearing wellies and supported by officers, she walks around the farm pointing to spots of land as they are marked before being searched by officers.

At one point she says: “Here, somewhere I can get to the water and it’ll be pushed into the mud somewhere down there I think... zapper... a car key, under those...”

The documentary also shows her collapsed on the floor of the police station before she is interviewed about the murder, a tape of which is played.

When asked if she knows who killed Mrs Hartley she says: “Yeah. All I can remember at the moment is that I knew that Sarah had killed someone. I’d been terrified for days, absolutely terrified for days while she was around.

“She’s at the core of this knot of panic in me. But I can’t remember that she killed her.

Other clips released previously also show her accomplice Williams, 35, sat up in bed as officers arrest her in a dawn raid at her home.

She was jailed for a minimum of 30 years after also being found guilty after a six-week trial Preston Crown Court last month.

The show, made by production company Raw Cut TV, also features a moving tribute to her mum from Mrs Hartley’s daughter Charlotte.

In it she says: “My mum was a very fun loving person. She didn’t judge anyone.

“She literally didn’t have anything bad to say about anybody. She was my hero in some respects. There’s nothing I could fault with her whatsoever.

"I just want her to be remembered for the happy lovely lady she was; this wasn’t supposed to happen to her. The fact that someone has taken her life for no reason whatsoever is disgusting.

"She’s got two children; she’s got her whole family that loves her. It’s just numbing. I feel strongly that it ruined me and my brother’s life.”

The Murder Of Sadie Hartley is being screened on ITV 1 at 9pm tonight, Thursday, September 1.
