Police are at the scene of a four-car collision that happened on Kelsall Hill early this morning (Wednesday, January 22).

Emergency services were called to the bottom of the hill on the A51 in Tarvin at 7.32am.

Two casualties have been taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital with injuries that at this stage, are believed to be minor.

Police are advising drivers to avoid the Kelsall Hill area as the road has not yet been cleared and is heavily congested.
