Tilston Playing Fieklds to benefit from shower improvements

TILSTON Playing Field Committee received a grant from NFU Mutual to pay for one of the shower cubicles in the football hut to be tiled.

And money raised at the recent auction of promises managed to pay for tiling the other cubicle.

The tiling was completed by Rowan Price while Steve Graham’s expertise helped prepare the cubicles ready for tiling.

Money from the Lottery Sustainability Grant is to be used for a water boiler.

The Tilston Wakes committee also agreed to help pay for removable barriers around the ox-roast area.
