TICKETS are on sale for a popular Christmas carol concert.

The Neuromuscular Centre’s Spirit of Christmas concert, which sold out and raised £30,000 for the charity last year, is on Friday, December 7 at Chester Cathedral.

Now in its 17th year, the star-studded event is one of the ways the centre raises funds to provide vital services and employment for people with muscular dystrophy across the North West and beyond.

Hosted by Matthew Kelly, NMC president, former guests have included actors Jessica Hynes, Carey Mulligan, Jim Broadbent and Jim Carter. Tickets £10- £50. Call 01606 861733 or visit www.nmcentre.com.
