THREE men have been arrested in Chester on suspicion of burglary after lead and copper piping was stolen from a house.
Two 20 year-olds and a 19 year-old were arrested on Sunday after members of the public alerted police to the property in Mannings Lane South.
Officers discovered lead and copper piping was missing when they arrived at the scene.
The three men have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
